Fintech law and compliance

Fintech is an umbrella term for financial technology law. This includes all areas of law that require the authorisation of financial solutions (e.g. online banking), new and innovative payment services (e.g. Buy Now Pay Later – BNPL) by public authorities, the creation of a regulatory environment for lawful and prudent operations, and the provision of cyclical data as part of ongoing supervision.
