This is why we need to put more emphasis than ever on the protection of intellectual property. Protecting intellectual property is a fundamental interest of any business, especially in the case of a brand or product name. In the course of their activities, companies very often create intellectual works, the exclusive right to use which should be granted in a way that is legally permissible.
