Artificial intelligence no longer just receives incoming data through various data collection channels (camera, microphone, etc.), but also enables the technology to solve problems by sensing its environment &#8211; by processing the data &#8211; and planning its actions and responses to achieve a specific goal. The emergence of artificial intelligence has thus opened up completely new doors for companies in different areas (e.g. online shopping and advertising, internet search, machine translation, self-driving vehicles, cybersecurity, etc.). However, the legal regulatory environment for the use of the technology is still in its infancy, with many open and pending issues.
