In 2018, the European Union created its own data protection regulation (GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation) to protect your personal data. The new regulation has become an integral part of everyday life, ensuring the security and protection of people&#8217;s personal data.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our name, date of birth, phone number, sometimes our location and bank card details are also held by online platforms and companies. But how can a ticked box during registration ensure that our sensitive data is not passed to a third party? In 2018, the European Union introduced the General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR, which was designed to inform users about the data stored about them and the security measures a business must take to protect that information.
